Reservation Policies

Reservations:

• One (1) week minimum in July and August all rentals.
• Holidays subject to 3 or 4 night minimum at High Season rate.
• Three (3) night minimum ocean front rentals.
• Monthly rates available on request.
• Rates subject to change without notice prior to booking
• Rates subject to 6% room tax.
• Check in time is between 4 pm and 6 pm.
• Check out time is 11 am.
• Reservations must be confirmed by deposit.
• We gladly take personal checks, company checks, money orders and credit cards.

Off Season Holidays:

The following off-season holidays are subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum at the High Season rate.

• Memorial Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Years

Payment:

An advance deposit of 3 nights gross rent and cleaning fee are due at the time of confirmation.  Balance due; rent and room tax must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival.  Reservations made less then 2 days prior to arrival requires payment to be paid in full at the time of reservation.  Deposits and balance due payments not received within this established time frame may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to re-rent your reserved accommodation for the same rate and time period. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. Cancellations incur a $50.00 fee.  In the event the lease must be canceled by the leaseholder, deposit money cannot be returned unless the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner.  If we are unable to re-rent the property, the full advance payment will be forfeited.

Cleaning Fees:

• A one-time move out cleaning fee of $115.00 will be collected with the deposit when the reservation is made.
• Maid service is available during your stay at an extra charge.

Telephones:

Telephone calls are free locally.  Long distance calls are blocked but Credit card or collect calls can be used.

Supplies:

All homes are furnished with linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils.  Initial supplies of bath soap and paper products are also provided.

Check-In- and Checkout:

• Upon final payment, you will be sent confirmation of your reservation along with instructions for check-in and arrangement for keys.
• So. Paw Inc. Vacation Rentals will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.  A $20.00 service charge and COD cost are required if you request us to pick up and mail items left in the home.

Room Tax:

• There is a 7% transient tax in Cannon Beach.
• All rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change.
