So Paw Inc. Vacation Rentals Reservation Policies Reservations:
Off Season Holidays: The following off-season holidays are subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum at the High Season rate.
Payment: An advance deposit of 3 nights gross rent and cleaning fee are due at the time of confirmation. Balance due; rent and room tax must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations made less then 2 days prior to arrival requires payment to be paid in full at the time of reservation. Deposits and balance due payments not received within this established time frame may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. Cancellation Policy: Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to re-rent your reserved accommodation for the same rate and time period. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. Cancellations incur a $50.00 fee. In the event the lease must be canceled by the leaseholder, deposit money cannot be returned unless the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner. If we are unable to re-rent the property, the full advance payment will be forfeited. Cleaning Fees:
Telephones: Telephone calls are free locally. Long distance calls are blocked but Credit card or collect calls can be used. Supplies: All homes are furnished with linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Initial supplies of bath soap and paper products are also provided. Check-In- and Checkout:
